Support, Community, Connection

Mission Statement:

The mission of the Aliso Niguel Library is to ensure that students and staff are effective producers of ideas and information, across all disciplines.

The Aliso Niguel Librarian empowers students to be critical thinkers in a digital age, technologically literate participants, skillful researchers and ethical producers of information both collaboratively and independently.

Librarian's Message:

Our current pandemic may have disrupted the way that our communities interact with spaces, with things, and with each other — However, our ANHS Library remains committed to resuming the valuable services that high school libraries and library staff provide:

  • Maintaining a supportive and nurturing relationship with our students while prioritizing health and safety.
  • Helping our students maintain a sense of routine, structure, and most importantly providing them with an ongoing reassurance of our care.

—Monique Cortez
